Grey Coffee was founded and is managed by design director Duncan Milne.
Duncan believes in bridging the gap between design and business, but what does this actually mean? If we took a bit of paper and drew a circle on the left hand side of the page and labelled it ‘Your business’ then on the other side of the page drew another circle and labelled it ‘your customer’ there would be a noticeable gap between the two circles. In day to day business this gap is extremely real it’s just not visible to see.
This gap can be defined as the grey area between your business and your customers. In order to bridge that gap we have to create consistent brand experiences across all customer touch points.
