Angelee at Soul Deli connected with our brand focused approach. We were approached by her to help refine a concept which would help to align brand and interior for an exciting new location for the Soul Deli brand.

What did success mean for this project? 

It’s important we understand how design and business align. This ensures we are on the same page in determining success for the project. For Soul Deli we needed to deliver a Land-Lord presentation pack and brand focussed design concept which would help support the proposal being submitted for Soul Deli.

When a new site opportunity came up in a brand new multi-million pound business center in Slough, Angelee got in contact with GC to see if we’d be able to support the business-case which would need presenting in the form of a landlord presentation.

Excited at the opportunity ahead we arranged a time with Angelee to visit the new site along with Matt from Project Utopia. We discussed with Angelee the vision for the site and helped her to identify what would be required as part of the presentation that would be submitted to the landlord.
We have a great working relationship with Project Utopia so we were able to work really closely with Matt to produce some budgetary figures to work from. As part of the presentation we really wanted to communicate the brand vision and what made Soul Deli so unique and a more valuable offer than some regular grab and go food chain.

As part of our presentation we submitted the brand vision and purpose. A series of mood boards which helped to visually communicate the concept design direction. A samples board which had been curated from our mood boards and finally a concept visual of our vision of the new Soul Deli site.
